1. Using Okta (https://vhtcx.okta.com/app/), log in to Genesys agent desktop.

If showing the customer experience, ensure you’re mirroring your mobile device to your desktop MAC or PC for screen share. Make sure to have the agent desktop and Mindful Callback either open in separate browser windows or on two tabs within the same browser window. Share your entire desktop so both the browser and your mirrored phone are visible.

Voice:

Call phone number associated with the industry you’re demoing.
Select a menu option.
If prompted enter an account number.
Request a callback when offered.
Wait for confirmation SMS notification

Digital:

Intent – Navigate to desired outcome (Callback, URL re-direct, etc.).
Wait for confirmation SMS notification.

Chat:

Open the chat window and engage with initial introduction message “Hello”.
Ask the chat to “Call me” and provide phone number.
Wait for confirmation SMS notification.

@callme:

Respond to the Final Attempt SMS notification with @callme
Follow link in automation response SMS.
Register your callback.
Wait for confirmation SMS.

If needed, open Mindful Call Detail and manually launch your callback when ready.
Answer the callback:
1. Press 1 to accept.
2. Mute your phone.
Using your Genesys Agent Desktop:
1. Answer the incoming call.
2. Press 1 when prompted to engage the customer.
The two calls will be bridged, and screen pop details will remain available on the Agent Desktop.
(Agent Assist option available via “Transfer Button)
Call Detail will show your callback in a talking state with the agent.
When ready, end the customer call.
Mindful will inform the agent that the customer has disconnected and end the Agent call.

Pro Tip: Add the inbound DID number and the SMS notification DID/Handle to your contacts so you can control the name displayed when you receive a call or text. The SMS DIDs/Handles are here:

In the agent desktop, select the “Transfer” button.
Input transfer notes.
Select a queue to register the callback in.
Select callback type.
Input phone number.
Submit.

When to Demo

This demo is not intended to be the central point of value in a new deal opportunity for Mindful callback. It is meant to be a strategic demonstration of Mindful Scheduler that adds value in specific scenarios. There are two main audiences for this demo.

Existing Medallia Digital + Mindful Callback customers with active deployments – The low lift and quick time to value allows us to quickly tie the two products together without any product development.

Mindful Callback prospects who already have a Medallia Digital deployment – The demo shows cohesion between the two capabilities and adds to the overall application of Mindful Scheduler.
